An amazing actress, Tippi Hedren, was discovered by legendary film director Alfred Hitchcock and starred in his films The Birds and Marnie. She has appeared in numerous films and television shows including Hart to Hart, Tales from the Darkside, and The Bold and the Beautiful in more recent decades. Hedren is also an animal rights activist involved with animal rescues at Shambala Preserve, an 80-acre wildlife habitat she founded in 1983, and her Roar Foundation.
